Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the Law), we inform you that the legal entity LUKREM SA DE CV (hereinafter "The Company"), with registered address at 19 Diagonal Street, number 340, Black Building, office 102, Hacienda Sodzil Norte, in the city and municipality of Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, CP 97115; is a company dedicated to the construction, promotion, marketing and/or sale of housing units within its real estate developments in the United Mexican States. As a result of its business activities, by collecting and/or having access to the personal data indicated in this Notice, THE COMPANY is committed to protecting your privacy and is responsible for its Processing (a term defined below) when it is collected directly by it or through any electronic means belonging to it, and therefore we inform you of the following regarding:

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company may directly request and/or collect Personal Data from clients for commercial use, disclosure, and/or storage by any means for the purposes indicated below. The Company and/or any third party involved in any phase of Personal Data Processing will maintain confidentiality regarding such data, in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

The entry and/or registration of Personal Data implies the full and unreserved consent of the client for the processing of their Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice. If Financial Data (as defined below) is required, the user must provide their express consent before providing it.

All data provided will be private and will not be made available to the public in any way.

PURPOSE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:Confirm your identity and verify the information provided; Receive the contracted services or products; Draft contracts and address your legal needs; Comply with legal or regulatory requirements applicable to our developments; Send you notifications regarding the contracted product; Send you informative advertising about our services and projects; Conduct marketing studies, market segmentation, and statistical information; Update our Customer Database; Conduct surveys on service quality; and other uses necessary for the proper marketing of the Company's services and/or products.

The information that may be required is the following: full name, address (street, exterior number, interior number, neighborhood, postal code, state, delegation or municipality), telephone number, cell phone number, date of birth, marital status, email address and banking information, such as: credit or debit card number, account, Interbank Code, as well as branch and Financial Institution*.

*Data requested so customers can pay for The Company's products using instruments such as credit cards, debit cards, or checks.

The processing of your personal information will be based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility enshrined in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

LIMITATION OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company has physical, technical, and administrative security measures in place to protect the Personal Data provided by its customers. If you wish to stop receiving promotional messages via email, print, and/or telephone, the Company provides customers with the following email address: clientes@akunmexico.com.

LIMITATION ON USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data will never be disclosed, sold, disclosed, or transferred to third parties without your prior authorization. It will only be used for the purposes specified in this privacy notice.

ON THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions under which we use it (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request that we delete it from our records or database if you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in the regulations (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

The exercise of these rights must be made upon request to the Company and contain at least the following:

• The name of the owner, address and email address to communicate the response to your request;
• Documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the owner;
• A clear and precise description of the Personal Data in respect of which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights;
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

For the purposes of the above, the Company makes the following email address available to customers: clientes@akunmexico.com. The Company will respond to customer requests within no more than five business days from the date it receives the corresponding request, using the email address provided for this purpose. Customers' exercise of the aforementioned rights must comply with applicable laws and regulations in force in Mexico.

Your refusal to use your personal data for secondary purposes cannot be grounds for us to deny you the products and/or services you request or contract with us.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice may be modified, amended, or updated due to new legal requirements, changes in our services, or our privacy practices. Therefore, we undertake to keep you informed of any changes to this Privacy Notice by posting them on our website, akunmexico.com in the Privacy Notices section.

Our website akunmexico.com guarantees that the personal information you submit is secure. Data entered by users or, if order validation is required, will not be disclosed to third parties unless it must be disclosed in compliance with a court order or legal requirements.

Having read this notice, the user agrees to the company using their personal data for this purpose, as well as to subsequently receiving any type of information related to the service or development purchased.

PREVAILING VERSION

This Privacy Notice, for ease of reading in the event that the Owner is a foreign national, is written in both Spanish and English. Should there be any contradiction between the two versions for purposes of interpretation, the Spanish version shall prevail over the English version.
